Rude and unsattisfactory service from speedservices postoffice

Mrs kruger enquired about a document handed to speedservice over night. She spoke to TEVOGO ON THE PHONE. TEVOGO raised her voice and became very irretated and rude, on explenation she said that overnight services only takes place in the week not on a friday. Thus if you give in a document late on a thursday it will only bedelivered on monday... this was not explained to the person sending the document. As i tried to ask for her name she said Tevogo and i can use any time any where and continued talkin over me not giving me any chance to talk. Until i had to shout at her to shutup so that i can ask a referance nr. She put the phone down in my ear.............this is the reason postoffice is going down fast. Never ever will i use speedservices again or advice any one else to do so. The nr used was ***
