Rude and inconsistent servic

I ordered a very high important overseas package that I waited for, for approximately 2 months. Upon phoning the post office and following up on my package, they notified me that the package has been returned to the sender. No notifications were sent to myself and now I have to wait another two months without any guarantee that my funds will be refunded by the international supplier. <br> <br> Upon phoning customer care and the branch all I received was rude and abrupt responses which were of no help. Going forward myself and my Company will no longer make use of their service for obvious reasons. Thanks for reminding us SA post office!
