rude and arrogat with attituse

Good day on a Thursday morning on the 5th October I was @ cape town post office in Bontheuwel, a manager lady called Portis Magidiwana, a rude pathetic so called person I have ever seen who has messed my day. I feel like vomiting when I think about her attitude let alone seeing her face. As I received a slip regarding a parcel, the parcel was not there neither found, one of the employees went to call her to explain the matter regarding the parcel. As manager and working in public place because post office is a public place and a customer service, she come to me without even greeting saying "you toOK the parcel" which such a bad stinking attitude, raising her voice @ me, how dare? My question to the post office is, as Portia Magidiwana being a manager acting with such attitude in front of people , in front of her staff. When her staff practise what she's doing, and they will be a complain will she hand out a warnine to one of her staff? What example is she? Does the post office employee bad service attitude? I *** and ****ty ****ed with the attitude and received from that so called women I don't even know. I could not stand her giving me such attitude and I decide to leave the post office, while walking to the door she was busy screaming, shouting @ me while other customers are standing in the line. What impression does she give regarding her work? I am disgust and want to throw up when thinking about her because being a manager, it is part of her job to help and explain to me as a customer and not treate like she's treating one of her boyfriends mistress. Pls I ask for an apology because I am taking further actions with the post office as well.
