RUDE AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR TO CUSTOMERS

The gentleman (actually he can't be called that!) that manages the Atlasville branch of the SA Post Office is exceptionally rude and arrogant to customers. I have a number of interactions with him and during each one he has been condescending and exceptionally rude to me. On the last occasion, I explained to him that there was no need to be rude and he just continued being aggressive and arrogant in his approach. I wanted to report him but decided to give me the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he was having a bad day. Since then I have avoided going into that branch (where my post box actually is) and drive to another branch (Farramere) where the service and attitude is so much better. Today I had the need to go into the branch at Atlasville and again had to put up with his very rude behaviour. I told him I would report his behaviour and he actually found that amusing and started discussing me in his native language with his colleague while I was still waiting to be assisted. This is dreadful and unacceptable as it is actually the customers that pay his salary! He needs training in people skills urgently!! I am prepared to give further details and an afadavit if required.
