Rude agents

Good day

I called their call center for assistance a few minutes ago and the level of service I received was appalling to say the least. Their agents have no telephone etiquette, so unprofessional and saying they're rude is an understatement.

It is common knowledge that when someone call to enquire about something it's because they are unsure of that particular thing.

If they're not hanging up in your ear without hearing what you have to say, they talk nonsense and that's just putting it mildly. It's absurd how such individuals work for such a big organization and yet have no Slight manners.

I honestly have no words to describe their dismissal attitudes. You are working with people not animals, so treat us as such. A little humility can go a long way.
