RS***NL hasn't moved since July 4th

I have 3 packages that are supposed to be coming to me. The tracking numbers are:

RS ********** 49NL RK ********** 06CN RS ********** 27CH

The NL one has been "In Transit" since July 4th. That's ludicrous. I asked PostNL what happened and they say that the SA Post Office doesn't provide them with new tracking information once it's arrived. The other companies also have no idea where my packages are or why they're taking literally months to get to me. The NL package was initially shipped on June 27th.

Mark Barnes, you need to pull yourself and this dismal post office service together. How is it possible that there is such a severe backlog of parcels that something shipped on June 27th still isn't here by August 15th. This is disgusting treatment of your customers. I think that if most people had another option they'd use it, but unfortunately we're stuck with you and your *********** staff. How many millions of Rands worth of parcels are stuck at JIMC? How many people are trying to be patient about their valuables being stuck in limbo and not knowing when or if they will arrive.

Get your **** together man.
