Rotten tomatoes for S A Post Office, non existant service

I sent a registered letter to the UK 29 August, but not arrived yet. I phoned the number given on the registration slip all week and all I get is 1 minute music then it cuts off! 7 Days. I go to Howick Post Office who say they cannot help as they are off line. NO effort the phone anyone when I ask. I go back the next day and it is STILL off line and told don't know when it will be back on they shrug their shoulders.

I think the SA post office should be shut down to save money. It is the most unhelpful and get worse by the year. I will now even send letters overseas by courier.
