Rotten S A Post Office

On 11th October 2019 I posted a simple envelope to a street address in New Germany, it has not arrived over a month later. When I went to Strubenvale Post Office in Springs to enquire, I was told it is lost and if it's lost it's lost and there is nothing you can do. This is a bad and couldn't care attitude that you get from most government employees. The post office should be privatised and staffed with more responsible people.
