Rosettenville Post Office

I was sent a parcel from Bryanston to Oakdene on the 1st of August 2019 and from the 6th of August 2019, the online status shows ''Last scanned at Rosettenville Post office''. I called today to ask for some assistance from the branch in the form of verification that the parcel is at hand and the lady was so rude and ended up dropping the phone on me when I was not fighting or arguing with her. This kind of service is honestly disgusting and unacceptable.
