Roman empire had better delivery times than SA Post Office

My international parcel arrived at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on the 1st August 2018. 3.5 months Later it was sent to WITSPOS (HUB) on the 18 October 2018. It has now been in transit to WITSPOS for 3 weeks and counting. Just another failed SOE! ARCEL TRACKING RESULTS
