****** by the SAPOMVL

I made a payment 3 weeks ago for my license disk which was declined. I have then sent 11 queries regarding my refund to be processed and I have not received any feedback from SAPOMVL.

It seems that I have been ******!!!

As for the hotline number it continues to ring. Is there anyone that assist me in obtaining my refund or are we dealing with Robots?
