RJ***ZA POSTAL ITEM WENT MISSING

I posted a registered postal item from SA to Cyprus on 17/10/2019, and up to today has not arrived at it's destination. The last scanning date was 04/12/2019 where supposedly left JMIC. Afterwards it went AWOL. Noboday in SA can tell me what happened and after contacting Cyprus post, I was today it has not entered Cyprus. What now ??????????? REF NO RJ***ZA
