RJ***ZA Sitting at DurMail HUB since 10 Dec

Seems that even with changes made within the SA postal service things haven't changed. A parcel mailed on the 08/12/2015 has been stuck according to tracking at the Durban Mail HUB since 10/12/2015. Seriously how hard is it to do your jobs.
