On 26 October I sent a parcel to Miami Beach from Johannesburg via secured mail SAPO. It cost me R356.00. Today is the 20th November and still no show!!! The SAPO app does not help one bit in trying to track the parcel. As mentioned it does not help to try and phone the 086 number all I get is a voice message with no one answering the phone. A service I will not recommend.
