Ridiculous,worst service

I rate them ZERO 0.. from 8:30 until now at 11:30 Boulders mall/Midrand they haven't assisted not even one person on the sassa queue..apparently the system is"offline" this is the second time I'm coming here to hear the"offline" story. In my entire life I've never seen such a terrible service.
