Ridiculous Service - Post Office Benoni CBD.

I was at the Post Office in Benoni CBD this morning, the most appalling service you may come across in Ekurhuleni.

First and foremost no one is managing the lanky R350 rand que, people are scattered throughout the premises.

Post being able to enter the premises I went to enquire at the counter as I merely required to certify a document. The lady at the counter informed Me that there is only one que (certification, copies, grants etc.) which I know is odd as I had been to the Banaero Park branch previously.

I then requested to speak to the manager 'Heidi Coetzee' to question this, she had no adequate reason and mumbled for a couple of seconds. I questioned the poor management of such a minute task and beleive it or not she stated that it's part of company policy!

This is one of a few reasons our stated owned entities are deteriorating, people in management who cannot comprehend.
