Ridiculous service

Just called Caravelle's post office to inquire about my parcel and spoke to a Yaseer Khan who informed me that he was the manager and could not help me then hung the phone up and now they refuse to answer calls. This is the most ridiculous service i have ever experienced and I'm definitely taking it further.
