RIDICULOUS SA POST OFFICE / JIM C AIR SERVICE

I ordered a parcel from a company in the states last year on 12/12/2019. During the transit i was able to track it from the US postal office apps. Then on 23/12/2019 it just suddenly dissapeared. The company I ordered it from tried to find it and was unsuccessfull. They then without hesitation sent me another parcel. Again I was able to track this parcel all the way until it reached OR Thambo, same as the 1st parcel. The first parcel to this day I had no further info after 23/12/2019. But suddenly on 13/01/2020 I received an sms that it was at the Boksburg North Post office. So I went there and collected it. Not very happy with the service. but anyway. Now my 2nd parcel the last notification I received was on 15/01/2020 stating from the USPS tracking that it was with Jim C Air (Johannesburg International Mail Centre (EMS)). Suddenly on 24/01/2020 I received an email from USPS that a delivery was tried and failed and that it would try again the following day. At the date of delivery myself and 3 other people were at the address where the parcel had to be delivered, NO ONE came there at the time it shows to deliver it. Then out of the blue again I received an sms from the SA Post office stating my parcel is now at the Boksburg North Post office. and I can come collect it, but I now have to pay almost R400 to collect it. The previous parcel (exactly the same content) I only had to pay R28 to get my parcel. No one contact me on the initial day of delivery to confirm if someone is at my home or if someone is there to collect.

I refuse to pay almost R400 for a parcel I paid only R600 for. And also I requested my parcel to be delivered to my house, where there is a post box at the gate. NOT the post office. I expect the post office to return my parcel to my home and I refuse to pay that rediculous amount. Please can someone urgently get back to me. as this parcel was meant as a Christmas gift and now it's more than a month late already.
