RI***ZA STUCK IN CAPE TOWN HUB.

I have ordered a package from China a month ago, I'm in POLOKWANE but they sent my package to CAPE TOWN, it is stuck in Capemail hub. I have been ordering a long time and this is the first time this has ever happened. What is going on? Am I ever going to receive my package? RI***ZA is the tracking number.
