i lodged a complaint in March 2018 on the parcel from hong kong that I never received and every time I follow up I am told that the case is still being investigated the consultant s name is Given Mhlanga whom I emailed the invoice and complaint form can I get my money back please, tracking number RI ********** 11ZA
