RI***ZA NEVER GETS TO ME!

<p>I have been trying to get my parcel RI ********** 80ZA for weeks now. I track it, it takes 6 weeks to process, gets to WITSPOS DEPOT to go to my Post Office, and has now bee 7 days in transit!</p> <p> </p> <p>You phone and no one answers the customer care line at the Post Office head office,-49 minutes and f all response.</p> <p>And email gets you answers you can pick up online. They keep assuring you "your call is important to us" but that's just nonsense, they don't answer, don't care and don't deliver. They're an absolute disgrace! Tomorrow I will phone 702 to get them to ask the MD HOW HE CAN MAKE ALL THE BULLSH*T CLAIMS BUT DELIVER ON NOTHING!!!</p>
