RI***ZA parcel lost since FEB2015

In February 2015 an international parcel (tracking number: RI***ZA) of mine was sent to the JHB post office instead of the Braamfontein office. It was bundled as a \Mis-post"by Jhb office staff and sent to Witspos to be correctly sent to the Braamfontein office. And that's the last time my parcel was seen.<br> <br> I have been sent from pillar to post since Feb with everyone passing the buck to someone else. I was eventually referred to the \""Lost items\"" department where I was promised that an investigation would take place to find my missing parcel. It has been 4 months and I haven't heard anything from them. They don't respond to my emails and their phones are always engaged. The investigation number I received was (RUBI: 1519/2016).<br> <br> This level of service is beyond appalling!!! Can someone please take accountability for this and help me find my missing parcel?<br> """
