Revolting Post Office Service

<p>This is specifically meant for Bettie Jacobs, the so-called manager at this branch. 4.30pm and people have been waiting 40 minutes for their turn to get a car licence - and for 40 minutes they allowed another oxygen ***** with a huge lever arch file full of papers to stand and get an ENTIRE FLEETS WORTH of car licences. Not once did useless Bettie tell us it's going to take long, or ask the women if we could get ours quick (five others in line) so we could be on our way, only when we asked we get told VERY RUDELY, its going to take time, come back tomorrow!! The audacity of this rude woman, I WORK TOMORROW BETTIE, YOU SORRY EXCUSE FOR A SALARY EARNER!! And the women with her fleet of cars - its called LICENCING DEPARTMENT not a residential post office where we can't get one lousy licence without waiting 40 minutes and then having to leave with out it and having RUDE BETTIE JACOBS giving us lip as well!!!!!! BETTIE YOU SHOULD BE FIRED FOR FAILING TO DO YOUR JOB AS A PUBLIC SERVANT!!! She literally told us to get lost out of the post office because they were going to be long!! And she didn't give a toss!! Can someone please respond to this, if you're not all on strike again ... useless SA Post Office ... should just close them all, their service is non-existent, their staff rude, the lady doing the printing was called more than five times, very politely by a lady in front of me whom she BLUNTLY IGNORED!!!! DISGUSTING!!! </p>
