Retrench Everyone

Here is a summary: lies, lies, lies, bad attitude, denial. After getting ICASA involved SAPO suddenly found my parcel sans some of its contents. Items have been ****** and they refuse to send me the forms to claim. And then some more lies about some other unrelated matter. SAPO should be shut down entirely. It covers for ******* and people not interested in doing their jobs.
