Resources unavailable at Northmead Square Post Office.

On saturday 18 January I went to renew the car licences of myself and my husband at Northmead Square post office. Between us we have 4 vehicles that had to be renewed. On arrival we saw a notice that their copy machine is out of order and we had to go make copies of our IDs at the Kodac shop and pay R2.50 per black and white copy. After standing in a lengthy queue we were informed that we need an ID copy for each license that we are renewing. I was obviously not aware of this as all the post offices that I visited in the past made as many copies as required themselves. They also did not have any copies available of the AVL forms to be completed to renew the license.

If their resources are unavailable the least they can do is supply proper signage stating exactly what is required. This is also not the first time that critical resources are not available at this branch. I will definitely not waste my time to ever go there again.
