Renewal of postbox rental

I rent postbox 1339 Randparkridge 2156 Renewal date is end January but could not do this because system offline (because I am over 65 I get a special rate which cannot be paid online) - extension to pay now February.<br> <br> Randparkridge still offline on 27/2/2016. Told to go the nearest other branches. Bromhof branch could not help and referred back to Randparkridge. Offered a manual payment but no go. Sent email to their complaints address - no response so far.<br> ON 29/2/2016 tried Northgate (they told me I had not paid anything since 2013) and Honeydew branches but was referred back to Randparkridge. Tried again at that branch without any luck. <br> Phoned the customer care line ***on 1/3/2016 and was informed that I had to pay R 40 extra because I was paying late and then cut off during my conversation.<br> No wonder SAPO needs R 1 billion from Treasury.<br> Is there anyone out there who can help ???
