Renewal of PO Box

After having a PO Box for 20 + years, this year I need to fill out a form to renew! Why no prepopulated forms as in the past? What is this Barnes character doing to improve this pathetic parastatal????? God help SA if they get the contract to pay out SASSA grants. They cant even handle current workload. Really really beyond pathetic.
