Renewal Complaint

Hi, I have had my post box for the past 5-+ years. This post office (Tiegerpoort) has a new employee. Since I have opened my Post box I have presented a copy of my bank statement with my street address on and it has been accepted for the past few years, since I opened the box and renewed the box each year.

I went to the post office to renew my box like I have over the years and the lady would not accept my renewal at all!!! I told her that I renewed my box ever since the post office got new staff on which she does not want to believe me. I renew my box every January of every year. This is a big problem for me as we do not pay for electricity at all. I have renewed each year with my bank statement that states my street address. It is only us that has a post box with our address!

I need this sorted out ASAP please!
