Registered Parcel to UK

I have posted a registered parcel to the UK with the post office RJ ***ZA on 30.10.2023. After numerous email to the post office I have discovered today that it seems the parcel is back at Capemail. At no stage can you trace that the parcel has been delivered and my client is upset. I have lost 260 euros for the sale of the item as well as the parcel fee. Post office help line unable to assist and when they do answer email they attached the same querry sheet i obtain from tracking
