Registered Mail Held up at JIMC A

My registered mail departure from outward office of exchange (In Milano, Italy) was on the 23/6/2015 and it arrived at JIMC A on the 2/07/2015. <br> <br> I would like to track the mail which contains a document of mine and would like to know for how long the mail needs to be hold in JIMC A. <br> <br> I have called the contact numbers for the call center and have no answer.<br> <br> The trucking number of my mail is the following: RA***IT<br> <br> Please could I get a feedback on the matter?<br> <br> Thanks<br> Alice
