Registered mail complaint

Good morning Trust you are well ? I have a complaint that has been unresolved by the South African Post office. Their customer service nr is not working and their customer service email has not been answered send on the 19th of June. Tracking app is also not reflecting anything. I have dispatched 3 registered mail parcels on the 12 the of July 2021 for work application for The Dept of Defence HQ, SA Army HQ The Chief Directorate and SA Military Health Services the due date is 30 the of July.
