REGISTERED LETTER STILL NOT RECEIVED BY RECEIVER

On the 9th of December 2015 we sent a registered letter to a customer of ours in Namibia. According to Tracking [URL Removed] it shows that the letter was delivered to the relevant post office in Namibia on the 28th of December 2015. Up to today the receiver has not had any notification to collect the registered letter.<br> <br> I have also tried to telephonically reach the enquiry number ***on numerous occasions, holding on for 25 minutes plus, and nobody answers.<br> <br> The post office is supposed to be a reliable source of telecommunication but unfortunately there is just not any service from them.<br> <br> My tracking number is RJ***ZA<br> <br> I await your soonest response regarding this matter.<br>
