Registered letter not received

On 04/12/2017, I posted an envelope at Chatsworth post office and the tracking number is RC ********** 23ZA. Till to date the letter has been 'lost'. I have phoned the post office tracking center everyday from the 7/12/2017 and no one can help me to locate my letter.
