Registered item - nondelivery

My document was sent via SAPO on the 17th May 2015. The envelope contains an original court document. It was sent to Umhlanga Rocks Post Office and from there it went to Durmail (HUB) and then Witspost (HUB). It was scanned at Witspos on the 21 May 2015 and from the track and trace page it appears that it has been sitting in transit at Witspos ever since. My document appears to have been abandoned by SAPO or is just lying there. The tracking number is RD***ZA.
