Refusing to pay money.

I have a complaint about the services I received from post Office Qumbu branch.

My little cousin whom I was a guardian for used post office to save her foster care money. July last year she passed, I went to the post office with all supporting documents to go claim the money which is R5000+ and I was told it is going to take me three weeks to get it. They took my account details, until now I haven't received any money.

In January I went there again to enquire about the money, the manager took my details again and told me within a week the issue will be solved, but until now there is nothing. No communication, no nothing. I expect them to deposit the money and tell me why it is taking this long. The post office branch is Qumbu
