refuses to answer calls

<p>So my international parcel is sitting at cape mail. I get a phone number I call them they actually hang up on you. This is how proud they are to make it clear to you they dont care about customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like my parcel please pick up and provide me information so I can pick it up</p>
