Refusal to help at Post office

Mmati Mphuto had a terrible attitude with me when going to receive my parcels, she blatendly told me that she is not willing to help me, that she refuses to check on their system where my parcel might be using my tracking nr and that she will not look in the book to see if there are any parcel for me.
