REFUND ON POST BOX

Wow what has the postal service come to, I renewed my Post box in January 2015, only to find out that the Post Office in Willows will be closing in February 2015. On Friday I visited the branch to collect my refund that was submitted at the end of March 2015. No calls to tell me that the funds are ready for collection. After waiting 59 minutes in queue and with LIGHTNING FAST service. I had to hear that the System did not want to give me a refund - I insisted - TOTALLY *********** - get people who know how to operate the system, people that WANT TO WORK - They all have died a few months ago but rigor mortis has not set in. After persistence and limps that was in imminent danger of being stepped on. PLEASE RELIEF THESE PEOPLE OF THEIR DUTIES. No feedback required as I know this message will also fall on deaf ears.
