Reffered to another branch because they claim to have smaller scales therefore my parcels were too heavy for their scale

I went to Parow East Post Office today about 2 hrs ago, the branch Iv been using for over 2 years now, before I could enter the post office a guy by the name Glen told me that I should go to Parow branch because my parcels were too heavy. Knowing Parow branch they have exactly the same scales so I could not understand but because I am currently not feeling well so I did not wanna argue. Imagine I had used Taxify so I had to pay the driver more. When I got to Parow branch they were very shocked to hear my story and good thing is that the taxify driver is my whitness ... as he helped me with the boxes. I am really disappointed with Parow East Post Office, mostly because when this happened the Post master was right there and she did not say anything.
