Redhill Post Office (Absolutely Disgusting Service)

The experience i had at Redhill Post Office was absolutely appalling and disgusting. I had ordered 2 wigs and my items were supposed to be delivered right to my doorstep as any other online item you purchase . These people took my package and have it on their end at the post office and demanded that i pay R744 for 2 wigs. 2 WIGS!!! Something that weighs way less than 1kg and I’m charged such a ridiculous amount to release such a small package. As far as i know at the post office you pay R50 or so to release a package of that sort. The man that was assisting me there too was absolutely rude to me and very dismissive, was of very little assistance and he spoke to me in such a condescending manner. I just want my package i had already paid so much for these things for people to try and rip me off this much. This is not okay i just want my item
