Red Hill post office terrible stuff members

I have order a parcel from Ali Express and the parcel was delivered on the 23rd march 2023 I got to Red Hill post office Durban and the attitude of the stuff members is the terrible attitude I have ever experienced

They called the Manager who is a black lady and she told me they have a backlog and I can’t be able to take my parcel with me She said that with such arrogance and full of attitude, She didn't even care when I told her I come from far, The only thing that matters to her was if I leave the place so she can continue with doing nothing the whole day

How is it any of my business that they are having a backlog? She told me she can’t open all the parcels they have to find mines which translated Im not that important enough for her to look for what I ordered and give it to me

This was my petrol and time that cost me to get there only for such heartless stuff members who don't care about people.

Why do we have to beg to collect our parcel? Why do they do this to us???

I need my parcel as soon as possible and these stuff members don’t care
