Received no post in 3-4 months

<p>Our business is situated in Benoni. We have for the past 3 to 4 months not received any post from SAPO whatsoever. I tried to investigate by going to our local Benoni branch which referred me to the Benoni depot. What I saw was pathetic, everyone was sitting around listening to music on their phones and I had to explain our situation to 4 people who, each, in turn, referred me to seomeone else in the depot as it seemed that they were too busy listening to their music to attempt to help. Some guy with dreadlocks took down my details and promised to call me because he "wants to hear by the postman what is wrong." This, needless to say never materialized. We are awaiting packages from overseas, which were sent in May and our company statements. It is impossible for a company not to receive ANY post in 4 months but due to your lack of service it seems with SAPO it is in fact quite possible. </p>
