Received empty package - SAPO

<p>I am drafting this complaint with a very heavy heart.</p> <p>I sent my package via post office "Speed Service" on the 10th March 2017, when it got to the</p> <p>destination it was received with nothing inside. Basically it was a package with nothing inside.</p> <p>I was advised to go to post office and complete a claim form, to this day no one wants to take accountability. They keep on telling me they are investigating. Had i known that post office intentionally *****ls from their customers i would have used a different courier company to courier my package.I have lost all hope that they are even going to compensate me.</p>
