Really poor service

I am waiting on a parcel since 15th September. When I went to the post office, they keep telling me their system is offline, and that I should get in touch with the email address they gave me. I have emailed at least 5 times with NO response. This is an international package and I’m really not sure why no one can just help me with determining where exactly the package is.
