Really not happy with SA Post Office

So I received a track and trace reference slip to collect a letter. So when I get there I find out that they are closed until further notice. I really need that letter. Because its from the court. Not until I receive it will I know what is happening. Do I appear in court tomorrow or the day after or next week I won't know. Not the until I receive that letter. I really can't believe that they would send a package like that to a place that's closed til further notice. That was just really stupid on their behalf. So how do I get my package now because I need it by the end of today still. Sender did not have my current address so it took them some time to find me.
