really bad service

I have 3 international parcels that have been posted to me that I have not received. They are in South Africa but have not been delivered to me. The tracking numbers are:

ii ********** 13za - was a gift, mailed in March 2017 ii ********** 70za - March 2017 UA ********** 07US - received 20 July 2017, Johannesburg

These items have been in the country more than 3 months. I am tired of waiting for items that belong to me. I want these 3 parcels, I don't want excuses.
