My name is nontobeko ntuli from pietermaritzburg 3 weeks or to weeks back I went to the post office in edendale mall ( 19 october 2017 ) to get my parcels only to find out someone has collected them so the lady of whom I spoke to who doesn't even put a name badge has been giving me attitude from the word go but they said she is the manager she said they are not allowed to give out parcels with out the Id of the person who should be collecting the things so how come they gave my things away and why they gave me attitude b4 they even check not even an apology after finding I didn't take the things and she said she will call this nombulelo who collected my things so I waited so she came back told me that the lady said she knows the parcels don't belong to her but she has been all over town looking for her things so she took mine and she said she will wait for her to give her tracking numbers I must come back at 2:30 the following Friday she will call me she neva called me up until I went there only to find its 2:30 and she had gone home already so I went the following week on a Tuesday spoke to her she said she can't get hold of the customer so I sent one of the people I work with to go there for me since I was busy at work she just told her if she has heard anything from her she will come to my work place and let me know ok so waited no1 called me or came to me 2day is Tuesday the 7th in November and I decide to go there she said this thing has nothing to do with her anymore I must call the lady myself and find out for myself when Is she sending the tracking numbers I'm asking her questions that she doesn't have answers to so I have decided that if this matter is not sorted out by this coming Friday I'm handing the matter over to the police and I will be writing to speak out because the lady here in edendale mall branch is giving me so much attitude i have recordings of her giving me attitude today is 03 January 2018 and no one has contacted me regarding my parcel that was given to someone else I have decided to take this matter to people of the law I'm tired of phoning and not being assisted the manager at the PLESSISLEAR POST OFFICE IN EDENDALE MALL IS NOT WILLING TO THERE FOR IM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AND YOU PEOPLE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME ====================== this is one of the emails I have been sending them and there haven't been replying to me the manager at the post office at PLESSISLEAR in edendale mall gave me so much attitude and told me that this is not her problem anymore she's just helping still today no1 is phoning me from the post office and on my way home after I went there I saw the manager and she actually said the lady who took my goods will have to pay me
