RB***SG parcel permanently enroute

my international parcel has been enroute to cape mail hub since the 20th of august. i phoned yesterday and had the phone put down on me twice. troday i was told their systems shows enroute to cape mail since the 5th of september but doesnt show dispatched or even booked in so in essence my parcel is taking a grand tour of somewhere but cape mail is too *********** to know where. perhaps i should have shipped it via courier pidgeon then at least it would be here. what was supposed to be a suprise birthday gift will now be a long awaited xmas present if I am lucky
