RAT DROPPING IN MY POST OFFICE BOX

I have found rat droppings in my POSTOFFICE box. I was told to report this to Mirriam at Bramley POSTOFFICE.<br> Despite numerous attempts their telephone is never answered.<br> I must also add that a very old, unkept, man has made his home on the POSTOFFICE box steps, with lots of his belongings and food. All very dirty and unhygienic.<br> Please try to help me with this disgusting unhealthy situation of rats running around my box.<br>
