Randburg Post Office - Very poor service

The Randburg Post Office , My WISH parcel was delivered to the post office on 04/01/2023- As per the TRACK17 app. We were not informed of this . Even after going to the post office and chatting to both the lady in the front as well as the on duty manager. This is very poor performance.

As the item was not cheap to buy or have hipped . Please could anyone within Post Office Management please assit
